Present: Bev Mathwig (Gambling Manager), Ron Ebnet, Juliana Schacherer, Jean Halbur Geri Buresh, Fr. Joe Steinbeisser,

The meeting was called to order at 4:02 p.m.

The minutes of the October 7, 2008 meeting were accepted with corrections and will be posted on the kiosk in the narthex of the church.

It was reported by Bev Mathwig that Jack’s Tavern opened on October 20^th. The annual Audit is in process. Bev and Ron will be attending the Charitable Gaming convention in Duluth on November 20-22. The sites have requested some new equipment: New jars at Bonfire, drawers at Swan’s Café and a safe at Jack’s Tavern. Those expenses will show up in the upcoming months.

Motion by G. Buresh, second by J. Schacherer, and carried, to accept the October expenses and to approve the following distribution of funds: $2,625.00 to the Church of St. Philip, $175.00 to the School of St. Philip (Scholarship Fund), and from the donation fund: $83.64 to Ellsworth Township (for charitable distribution), $500 to the Jim Adams benefit, $500 to the Heartland Christmas Project.
