• Lock – In:  Please respond by this SUNDAY (12/20) with permission slip & $5.00 to be included in the evening… THANK YOU!  You can turn forms/money into Barb or Betsy.

• January 1, 2010 from 8 pm – 8 am (the 2^nd)
• Cost:  $5.00

• Wrapped white elephant gift
• Sleeping bag & pillow
• Something from 2009 for a time capsule (if you have a school picture left bring one of those as well).

• Mission Trips: Commitment forms were handed out – please get in contact with Betsy to receive your form if you wish to attend the mission trip… we need commitments by January 1^st so we can reserve our spots at the missions… they are filling up fast.

• Junior High (6^th – 8^th grade) – July 18^th – 23^rd

• Location: Green Bay, WI
• Cost Estimate: $248/ea. For the mission days

$380 for group mileage 

$50 for spending money & non mission meal days

• Senior High (9^th-12^th grade)– July 25^th – July 30^th

• Location: Nrthn Cheyenne Res., MT
• Cost Estimate:  $258/ ea. For the mission days

$760 for group mileage

Plus 2 nights hotel and spending money (non mission meals)

3.  Powder Ridge:  you are able to participate in either skiing, snowboarding or tubing that day.  Permission slips will be passed out at a later date.

• Date:  Sunday, Feb. 14^th after monthly meeting (verified; open to public noon-8pm)
• Cost: depends on what area you choose 

4.  Fundraisers:  Next month’s meeting (January 10^th) we would like your parents to attend the meeting as well… we will begin planning the spaghetti dinner that day.

B.   Butter Braid Pastry sale – March for Easter

c.   Meeker Co-op dinner – April 12^th 

5.  T-shirts:  The color has been selected “California Blue” (as close to aqua as we could get).  If you weren’t able to attend the meeting last Sunday, please contact Betsy as soon as possible to order your t-shirt…Thank you!
